Build the brand that helps Geelong "Leave Happier."

Bean Squeeze is not your average coffee chain. We are a locally owned, high-volume hospitality business with 16 stores across the Geelong area and a clear plan to reach 30 stores by 2030.

We serve drive-thru coffee and food that fits seamlessly into people's daily routines. Our "secret sauce" isn't just great coffee; it's the combination of speed, quality, and genuine human connection.

The Opportunity
Currently, Bean Squeeze has no active marketing function. We have built a successful business on operational excellence and word-of-mouth.

We are looking for a
Marketing & Brand Manager
to change that.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a loved local brand. You will be a "Department of One"—working directly with the Owner to define the strategy, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute the campaigns, social content, and in-store visuals.

What you will be doing:

* Building the Engine:
Moving us from "zero marketing" to a consistent, engaging calendar of activity.
* Strategy & Do:
You will set the annual marketing plan, but you will also drive the proofs to the printer and shoot content on your iPhone.
* Revitalising the Core:
We have great products now that nobody talks about. Your first job is driving sales of our
existing
menu through smart, brand-aligned campaigns.
* Future Innovation:
Preparing the brand strategy for a major cold beverage expansion (slated for the next 12–18 months).
* Protecting the Brand:
Ensuring "Leave Happier" feels the same on Instagram as it does in the drive-thru.

Who we are looking for:
You might be a Senior Marketing Executive tired of the red tape in a big corporate, or a Marketing Manager who wants to own a brand without the Melbourne commute.

* You have the runs on the board:
5+ years in marketing/brand roles (Hospitality, Retail, or QSR preferred).
* You have commercial nous:
You understand that "Likes" are vanity and sales are sanity. You design campaigns that actually move the needle.
* You are a "Doer":
You don't need an agency for everything. You are comfortable using Canva/Adobe for quick edits and managing external suppliers for the big stuff.
* You get "Operations":
You understand that a marketing idea is only good if it works in a busy drive-thru without slowing down service.

Location & Flexibility:
This is an
on-site role
at our Grovedale HQ because you need to be close to the product, the team, and the stores.

However,
we are flexible on hours.
We care about the job getting done, not clock-watching. Need to do school drop-off? Prefer to start early so you can finish early? That's standard practice here.

Salary:
$100k – $130k + Super.
