This is a critical role which provides hands on account management experience that will deliver long term career opportunities.Based at our Lidcombe office and reporting to the Customer Director - Grocery, key responsibilities for this role include; Managing high growth, high opportunity categories such as UHT Milk (Longlife & Lunchbox), Cream and Juice through the development of specific plans to ensure growth both short and long-term Develop and nurture customer relationships with the Woolworths & Coles Commercial and Private Label teams Managing promotional plans, trade spend and range review processes Develop new business opportunities across your accounts in new and emerging categories Working with the category team to analyse data in order to generate insights and recommendations to assist with fact-based decision making Managing all administrative duties across your accounts including claims management and sales forecasting. Manage and drive all field operations with our field merchandising teamAbout you: Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing related discipline is desirable FMCG knowledge, with understanding of the dairy industry considered a bonus A results focused mind-set with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers Strong commercial & analytical acumen High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results-orientated mentality Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/AztecBenefits: Work for the world's largest dairy business and highly regarded tier 1 FMCG business within Australia which has a high focus on employees and customer experience.
