State Network Coordinator
The role of State Network Coordinator is a critical position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and deliver corporate, property, and accommodation services across the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations Tasmania State Office.
As a State Network Coordinator, you will oversee site-specific operations, including managing local accommodation plans, onboarding and offboarding staff, maintaining site equipment and assets, and ensuring workplace health and safety.
You will also assist with policy development, provide input to emergency management and business continuity planning, and contribute to the department's Future Ways of Working policies.
A key focus of the role is promoting Team DEWR culture at the site, through organizing local activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture and ensure inclusion of all staff.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
* Anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations.
* Provide clear and accurate advice to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Propose and contribute to innovation and business improvement strategies.
* Organize and promote local events that support a positive DEWR Culture.
* Implement and manage WHS policies and procedures onsite.
* Report on WHS or wellbeing matters of site staff.
The APS work level standards accommodate the diversity of roles across the APS and are structured to clearly differentiate between the work expected (i.e. responsibilities and duties) at each classification level.
