Property Officer Role
The Property Officer is responsible for managing the department's property portfolio, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and providing advice on fleet and facilities management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Deliver property-related outcomes according to legislation, policy, and procedures.
2. Provide real property management advice.
3. Resolve real property issues using expertise.
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Interpret and comply with legislative frameworks.
6. Build relationships and participate in teamwork.
7. Produce briefs, reports, and correspondence.
8. Maintain or draft policy and procedures for DCCEEW property matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in delivering services at various properties.
* Ability to perform moderately complex work.
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
* Policy advice skills on fleet and facilities management.
You must also be an Australian citizen and hold a Baseline Vetting security clearance.
