In this role, you'll:
Join a skilled team delivering signalling and infrastructure projects across Sydney's rail network, contributing to critical upgrades and enhancements that improve safety and reliability. You'll work closely with Project Engineers and commissioning teams, supporting complex tasks or independently managing smaller projects from planning through to delivery.
You will contribute to major initiatives such as re signalling programs and Area Wide Design (AWD) signalling upgrades, playing a key role in advancing the way the network operates. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and travel across the network to address challenges, resolving issues and delivering improvements that enhance functionality, safety, and efficiency.

About you
You hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Signalling or Control Systems) or bring equivalent industry experience. Your background in engineering and project support enables you to excel in a fast paced environment where collaboration, technical competence, and adaptability are essential. Ideally, you have experience or exposure to signalling systems or project work within a rail environment.
You are confident in managing project deliverables such as budgets, timelines, and resource planning to meet project objectives. You have experience supporting Project Engineers with task delivery, compliance, and quality assurance, along with the capability to manage smaller projects, including developing schedules, coordinating resources, and delivering work to required safety and technical standards.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, with opportunities to work from home, on site, or in the office depending on project needs. Occasional weekend and/or night shift work may be required based on operational demands.
