As a Sales Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our team's success, providing critical support in the analysis and execution of high-value commercial real estate transactions within our Retail Capital Markets team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support deal structuring (experience with Forbury Modelling Software is a plus).
* Client Documentation: Prepare compelling Information Memorandums, proposals, and presentations to showcase our clients' properties and attract investors.
* Market Research: Conduct in-depth research of the retail real estate market, identifying trends, analysing competitor activity, and providing valuable insights to our team and clients.
* Deal Support: Assist with due diligence, reviewing property information, and interacting with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse financial statements and prepare insightful reports to support our team's decision-making.
About You:
* You have a strong foundation in finance, real estate, or a related field, ideally with some prior experience in the industry.
* You possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modelling principles.
* You are a highly analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data.
* You are a clear and concise communicator, able to present complex information effectively.
* You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
