Job Description:
As a bulk tanker driver, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the safe transportation of goods. This role requires you to have a deep understanding of regional areas or interstate routes, as well as knowledge of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
* You will be required to conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
* A valid MC License with a minimum of 2 years' recent Australian driving experience is mandatory.
* Sound knowledge of regional areas or interstate routes is essential for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
* Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
* Ability to provide a full 5-year demerit point history report.
* BFM Certification – or willingness to obtain.
