Your role:
You'll be the vital link between our trainers, students, and compliance requirements, ensuring smooth course delivery and positive student outcomes.
* Coordinate training groups (face-to-face and online delivery)
* Support students throughout their learning journey
* Arrange and manage student placements
* Maintain RTO compliance and quality standards
* Provide guidance and supervision to trainers
* Manage student enrolments and administration
What you'll bring:
* Essential: Experience working in an RTO or VET sector environment
* Strong customer service or client support background
* Confident handling student queries and resolving conflicts
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
