**About the role**
It is a requirement for our community roles, all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and **be willing to travel across Wynnum to Bulimba regions.**
Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required.
- Domestic assistance / housework.

**To be successful, you will have**:
- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
- **Australian Driver Licence & your own vehicle**:
- **Must be available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.**
