Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at the Forster Community Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality assessment, care coordination, intervention, and follow-up for adults experiencing mental health concerns.
2. Work collaboratively with consumers, their families/carers, GPs, Community Managed Organisations (CMOs), and other service providers to ensure safe, effective, recovery-focused care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recognised and accredited tertiary qualification and registration (or eligibility for) with the relevant board via AHPRA, or eligibility for membership of the relevant association, in one of the following disciplines: social work, psychology, occupational therapy, dietitian or nursing.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
