Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be the key link between our service department and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers visiting our service department.
* Assist with scheduling appointments, managing repairs, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Work closely with the service team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
* Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong administration and organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
* Current Queensland driver license.
