DescriptionSaint Charles Borromeo Academy is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year.

This position will report to the Principal.Job Responsibilities:Manage the front school office which includes operating the telephone system, managing deliveries, and greeting visitors.Maintenance of files, records and photocopying documents.Distribute mail to school staff, students, and parents and handling bulk mailings.Assist principal in communications to staff, students, and parents including newsletters, fliers, and brochures.Coordinate and manage school volunteers and monitor Virtus compliancy as the SEC assistant.Provide other clerical services as needed for the operation of the school office.Risk Management and Crisis Team member.Requirements:Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor as a representative of St. Charles Borromeo Academy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.St.
