Advanced Clinical Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Clinical Manager / Educator. This is a pivotal role that combines clinical governance oversight with staff education and development, driving continuous improvement and compliance with best practice standards.
In this position, you will play a key role in leading the annual education and training plan, including mandatory training competency development and induction programs. You will also oversee clinical auditing, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives, using data analytics and trend analysis to inform education and quality initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes and contribute to staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations. As a Facility Manager when required, you will be responsible for managing facilities and resources effectively.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual education and training plan
* Oversee clinical auditing, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives

* Contribute to staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations
* Manage facilities and resources effectively
Requirements:
* Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience in residential Aged Care Services
* Minimum 5 years post-basic registration experience, including 3 years of experience within clinical leadership or education role
* Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education
* Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching skills to guide and develop teams
* Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups
