Overview
Project Delivery Supervisor – Crushing & Screening Operations — Pilbara Region | FIFO from Perth • 8:6 roster • $60–$64/hr + Super. 6–8 week contract with potential for extension. Ideal for someone between projects or a Leading Hand ready to step into a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the schedule is delivered safely and on time
Coordinate contractors and manage compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Monitor supply and contract management processes
Use CMS systems to track progress and report on milestones
Ensure seamless transition of material from crushing phase to stockyard operations
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively
What You’ll Need
Experience supervising crushing and screening operations (earthworks exposure beneficial)
Robust knowledge of supply chain, contract management, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with CMS systems and contractor coordination
Certifications:
Section 26 (S26)
Working at Heights
Confined Spaces
Ability to lead from the front with a safety-first mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Hours: 12-hour days
Rate: $60–$64/hour + super on all hours
