What you'll be doing
You'll be the central support for our sales team, the person who brings structure, clarity, and follow-through. Your day will include:
- Preparing contracts, listings, and agency agreements
- Coordinating open homes and team calendars
- Managing CRM updates, compliance, and reporting
- Overseeing property marketing and online listings
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, and external suppliers
- Supporting trust accounting processes and commission sheets
- Managing workflow systems and office procedures
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to a Virtual Assistant
