Labourpower Trade are seeking experienced Trades Assistance for ongoing Roustabout work based in Kwinana working within the metal recycling industry.
Day Shift, Monday to Friday with overtime available.
**This role is in a noisy environment**
**This position involves**:
- Conduct regular safety inspections & address any potential hazards promptly
- Identify & Resolve operational issues with the conveyor system
- Collaborating with maintenance teams to schedule preventative maintenance
- Monitor material quality & consistency throughout the shredding process & continuous conveyor line - Make adjustments as required
- Maintaining clear & effective communication with other team members & maintenance
**To Be successful for this position**:
- Must have previous experience in metal recycling
- Mechanical/trade background - Highly Advantageous
- Available for ongoing work, 38 hour week
- Must be reliable and committed to the position
- High attention to detail
