We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator / Scheduler who is disciplined, has excellent customer service skills, experience in a trade related service & installation coordination and strong attention to detail.

About the role/duties
* General administrative duties
* Liaising with clients and customers both face to face and on the telephone
* Dispatch and scheduling of Technician / Contractor jobs as required
* Inventory / System Management & Data Entry
* Supporting a small team of Security Technicians and Sales Staff
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the below experience / skills:
* Experience in a similar role will be highly desirable
* High level customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
* Ability to multi-task
* A can-do attitude
* A self starter and problem solver
* Manage General Administrational duties
* High level of organisational skills
* Competency in the use of computer based systems, including MS Office.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm (AEST)
