Growth Strategist Role
We seek a seasoned eCommerce or agency professional with expertise in paid media, client profitability models, and sales strategy. They will lead growth initiatives, drive revenue, and mentor the team.
This role owns the growth strategy, managing inbound and outbound pipelines, running discovery and sales calls, and creating and executing sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities include overseeing paid ad strategy, owning lead-gen for 4 main services, collaborating with teams on flows, scripting and planning creative ads, building and briefing high-converting landing pages, ensuring sales funnels and onboarding processes are optimized, managing tools, overseeing website updates and optimisation, leading social strategy, writing captions, scheduling content, coordinating shoots, building and managing content bank, sourcing events, planning participation for max visibility and networking, representing the organization on stage and confidently speaking at events and panels, leading onboarding for new Paid Media, EDM and UGC clients, running eCommerce strategy calls, delivering profitability analyses and growth plans for clients, mentoring and coaching employees alongside the Lead Media Manager, upskilling the team's skill sets across client comms, sales training and industry best practices.
