Automotive Panel/Collision - Sales/BDM & Branch Performance Lead - Vic

Due to business growth, our client, a leader in the automotive panel repair/network sector, is looking to appoint an experienced BDM and Operations professional to work with their established Franchise Network to achieve successful business outcomes, and to drive new franchisee growth. Reporting to the GM, this role will be 60% focused on new opportunities and 40% focused on established franchisees.
Working with potential new franchisees you will develop a pipeline of leads, and work with key targeted businesses to assess their partnership suitability .
You will work with current franchise owners, to support and drive business objectives across operations, financial and customer service outcomes. You will develop best practice procedures and conduct business reviews to improve store performance. Looking at workflow and repair efficiencies, you will have a sound understanding of the collision repair and insurance sector, and identify areas of improvement.
Working with a great team, you will ensure compliance and brand standards are adhered to and proactively support your established and new branch network.
We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated understanding of the panel/collision/insurance repair sector, who is a strong communicator with a strategic approach to problem solving and can actively drive new business relationships. You will be driven to achieve and results orientated .
A solid base salary, car allowance and a performance based bonus will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience. Great flexibility to work from home and in the field is also on offer.
