Equipment Performance Improvement Engineer
A key player in our site will drive equipment efficiency and reliability through data-driven insights.
1. Monitor and track equipment performance metrics including availability and mean time between failures (MTBF).
2. Conduct root cause analysis and implement defect elimination strategies to enhance overall asset effectiveness.
3. Develop proactive maintenance programs to optimize asset utilization.

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
* Experience in mechanical reliability engineering, including root cause analysis and predictive monitoring.
