Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in payroll and administration while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.In this role, you'll help deliver accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia. You'll work closely with our Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide, playing an important part in keeping our payroll operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with numbers, have a sharp eye for detail, and are keen to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.**What you'll be doing:*** Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing for more than 1,000 weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia* Maintaining and updating employee records accurately across multiple systems* Responding to payroll queries and helping process adjustments and terminations* Supporting statutory month-end tasks, including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Child Support* Collaborating with Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations**What you'll bring to the team:*** A proactive attitude and the ability to keep on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment* Great attention to detail and an interest in working with numbers* Clear communication skills and a willingness to support those around you* Enthusiasm to learn and develop, with payroll or accounting systems experience a bonus* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel**Why You'll Love Working with Us:**At Freo, we believe in *Doing Things That Matter, Leading at Every Level and Winning a Better Way*.
