Role Overview
This role leads a high-performing Command Corporate Service Unit (CCSU), delivering diverse corporate services at Tier 2 within the AFP's tiered operating model. It requires strategic leadership, effective communication, change management, and alignment with AFP values and governance.
The successful candidate will :
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team providing corporate support aligned with AFP priorities
* Build and maintain corporate capacity and efficiency
* Collaborate with senior leadership and centres of excellence
* Manage resources, risk, and project activities
* Represent the AFP in key meetings and negotiations
* Possess Australian citizenship and security clearance (Negative Vetting 1 or ability to obtain)
* Have demonstrated experience in corporate services consultancy and stakeholder management
* Hold formal qualifications or substantial experience in relevant fields

* This is an AFP Executive Level position based in Sydney, NSW. Relocation is required.
