We're looking for a Senior Candidate Manager to focus purely on contract recruitment delivery. You will be sourcing, managing candidates and getting roles filled with pace and precision.

What you'll be doing
* Owning the candidate side of ICT contract roles end to end
* Proactively sourcing via LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, and networks
* Working closely with consultants to deliver quality outcomes, quickly
* Staying on top of moving parts, this role suits someone who is impeccably organised
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' recruitment experience
* ICT recruitment experience or strong high-volume delivery experience
* Someone who enjoys pace, structure, and getting results
* Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure with strong attention to detail
