Role
We are currently seeking a motivated In-House Sales Agent / Assistant to support the sales and leasing activities across our development projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the sale of residential, industrial and commercial units across Hannas developments
* Manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective purchasers
* Coordinate and attend site inspections and property tours
* Support the preparation of sales materials including price lists, contracts and marketing collateral
* Maintain and update the Hannas buyer database and CRM records
* Liaise with external real estate agents and assist with coordinating sales campaigns
* Track and report on enquiry levels, inspections and sales progress
* Assist with leasing activities for Hannas-owned assets including tenant enquiries and inspections
* Support the team with market research and competitor analysis
* Maintain accurate sales administration and internal reporting
* Represent the Hannas brand professionally with buyers, agents and consultants
About You
* 5+ years experience in property sales, real estate, leasing or property development (preferred)
* Strong interest in commercial or industrial property
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain strong follow-up with buyers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Construction White Card (preferred)
