Service Delivery Leader

The Service Delivery Leader is accountable for delivering exceptional customer care experience regarding service, repair and general provision queries.

* Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians to achieve optimal results.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Allocate work orders efficiently for the service team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage rosters and approve employee time sheets.
* Plan labor effectively to meet productivity targets and maximize efficiency.
* Provide technical support to the service team to ensure seamless operations.


Requirements:

* Possess a trade qualification as a mechanic with extensive experience working on heavy equipment.
* Demonstrate leadership, mentoring and people management skills to drive team performance.
* Showcase proven problem-solving, analytical and negotiation abilities to resolve complex issues.
