Logistics Agent Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Agent to support the implementation and maintenance of site access procedures and processes at Equinox Gold Corp's Greenstone Mine.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel, camp accommodation arrangements, and site access requirements for GGM personnel and contractors.
* Collaborate with the lodging facility's catering contractor to ensure accurate information.
* Maintain and update personnel and training records for site access.
* Ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
* Support resolving day-to-day issues related to accessing the site.
* Represent GGM in addressing site-related concerns.
* Prepare documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports as assigned.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
* Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
* Self-starter with solid troubleshooting capabilities.
* Attention to detail with high accuracy.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft office programs.
* Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in a camp or administrative setting.
Work Schedule:
* 4 days on-site, 3 days off rotation to Geraldton, ON.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting the site access process and ensuring a smooth experience for all personnel and contractors. The Logistics Agent will work closely with the Lodge Coordinator and other teams to achieve this goal.
