Goldfields LLEN is looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and people-focused individual to join our team and coordinate the delivery of the award-winning Passions & Pathways (P&P;) program. As the P&P; Program Coordinator, you will support the running of P&P; in partnership with schools, local industry and community who assist in the provision of workplace experiences Year 5-7 students.
Key responsibilities
- Reporting to the Program Manager, coordinate the operation of P&P; in the City of Greater Bendigo, Central Goldfields and Mount Alexander shires
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and state government, business, industry, TAFE, University partners and schools.
- Coordinate industry experiences and events with local schools and businesses
- Support schools in implementation of P&P; curriculum
- Ensure ongoing alignment with the P&P; Learning Journey and Project Charter
Key Selection Criteria
- Strong administrative skills, including experience managing multiple tasks, systems, and deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate creatively and courageously with a wide range of stakeholders, including schools, industry partners, and community organisations to drive shared outcomes
- Proven experience in program coordination
- Demonstrated event/project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capacity to operate both independently and as a team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using online tools such as Active Campaign and Canva
- Broad knowledge of City of Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander and Central Goldfields shires
- Content creation such as writing, photography, and video creation for social media
- A demonstrated understanding of primary school education
