We have a number of opportunities for exceptional Customer Centre agents working in their contact centre.
**Your responsibilities will incorporate**:
- Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from patients, carers and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage appointment bookings and requests
- Respond appropriately and with a sense of urgency towards urgent appointment requests
- Ensure relevant information is provided to the customer - eg Fees, site locations, directions etc
- Management and first call resolution of customer concerns, feedback and complaints
- Ensure patient records are kept up to date and all communication logged into the system
- Build strong relationships
**To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities**:
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience working in a call centre is desirable
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate - advanced system experience (using multiple online programs simultaneously)
- High level attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
