As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.
- Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Community access, including transport.
- Domestic Assistance, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
- Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.
What you will bring
- Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (desirable)
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable.

- NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Victorian Working with Children's check
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Driver's licence
- Vehicle Insurance & Registration
- x1 Covid vaccination
- Annual flu vaccination
