Job Overview
Duty Store Manager responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly during their shift. Oversees staff, handles customer inquiries and leads the store management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts
* Providing clear, constructive feedback to team members
* Assisting in training and onboarding new staff
* Delivering excellent customer service at registers
* Maintaining product stock to ensure product availability
* Identifying and reporting incidents or hazards to keep the store safe
* Working evenings and weekends as part of the store management team
