Practice Nurse – Specialist Dermatology Practice

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly Practice Nurse with a strong surgical background to join our busy Dermatology practice in Frankston.
The position will initially be for 1 day per week with the flexibility to cover for annual and personal leave. There is the potential for additional days in the future.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assisting Dermatologists with procedures
• Post operative dressing management and removal of sutures
• Equipment sterilization
• Accurate recording of patient information
• Patient Education
• Pathology Management
• Patient Photography
• Prepare patients for dermatological procedures
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who has previous experience in private practice, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced computer skills, excellent attention to detail and is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care.
