Job Specification
This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who values both professional service delivery and genuine connection with customers. You'll be supported by an experienced team and well-resourced pharmacy, with duties including:
Delivering expert health advice and counselling
Performing health screenings and medication reviews
Administering vaccinations and UTI treatments
Issuing medical certificates where appropriate
Ensuring smooth, compliant pharmacy operations
Building strong relationships with the community
You'll be working alongside 1-2 pharmacists per shift, supported by 15 staff in total, including three dispensary technicians rostered at all times-so you can focus on patient care rather than juggling tasks solo.
Skills Required
General Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
2 years experience in Australian community pharmacy.
Accreditation to administer vaccinations
Solid clinical knowledge and customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail pharmacy environment
Familiarity with Fred Next is preferred

Salary & Benefits
$45-$55 per hour, depending on experience
Monday to Friday roster with every 3rd Saturday
Supportive and well-resourced pharmacy team including dispensary techs and DAA packers
