Your New Role:
This is a hands on Store Manager role in the flagship Craigieburn location where you're involved in the day to day running of the store and visible on the floor. You'll lead a small team, keep the store organised and make sure customers are looked after from start to finish.
You will also enjoy a Monday - Friday roster (unheard of in the retail industry)!
Responsibilities:
* Being present on the shop floor during trade, helping customers with fit, sizing and product questions
* Leading and supporting a small team through clear direction and consistency
* Planning rosters and managing daily priorities so the store runs smoothly
* Overseeing stock flow, replenishment and store standards
* Keeping the store calm, organised and customer ready during busy periods
* Taking responsibility for store performance and day to day decisions
The Experience Checklist:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in a large SKU, inventory heavy retail environment
* Hands on experience running a store day to day including opening and closing routines and cash handling
* Confident managing rosters and planning coverage around peak and quieter trade
* Strong operational capability across stock, replenishment and maintaining size integrity
* Comfortable supporting customers with fit, sizing and product advice
* Calm and organised during busy periods with the ability to keep the store running smoothly
