Job Title: Pharmacist Role
Job Overview:
The role of the pharmacist is to provide expert advice and guidance on the use of medicines. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, maintaining, and improving client health through quality pharmacy-related services in a culturally sensitive manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Clinical Service Plan Development: Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating clinical service plans; ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met;
* MEDICATION ADVICE AND EDUCATION SERVICES: Provide medication information and education to clients based on policies and cultural practices of the healthcare organization;
* Patient Support Services: Support patients with home medication reviews; contribute to chronic disease management programs by facilitating quality medicine use among patients;
