We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant & Office Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel and payroll, assisting with finance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our news and technical services.
Duties
* Coordinate travel bookings, relocations, and logistics for regional news teams, presenters, and technical crews.
* Manage payroll administration including timesheets, per diems, reimbursements, and corporate card reconciliations.
* Support newsroom operations including auto-cue scheduling wardrobe coordination work experience arrangements.
* Assist with finance tasks including purchase orders invoice processing budget support.

You must be detail-focused adaptable proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Key requirements include proven experience supporting daily operations in busy office or newsroom environment strong skills in payroll finance administration corporate card reconciliations experience coordinating complex travel logistics excellent organisational communication problem-solving skills plus proficiency Microsoft Word Excel Outlook First Aid CPR certification beneficial but not essential.',],
