The Opportunity
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role leads site reliability and maintenance across the Nutritionals & Services plants, driving asset performance, plant uptime, cost efficiency, and safety outcomes.
You'll lead the Asset Care program, manage the reliability team, oversee maintenance budgets and projects, and partner closely with Operations to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.
* Lead site reliability and maintenance teams, driving uptime and cost efficiency
* Own the Asset Care program, including maintenance planning and scheduling (MEX)
* Drive breakdown response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements
* Manage maintenance budgets, spares, and external contractors
* Ensure safety, quality, and legislative compliance
* Deliver continuous improvement, OpEx initiatives, and site projects
* Provide technical leadership, training, and on-call support as required
What You'll Bring
* Engineering or Trade qualified with experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong reliability, maintenance, and CMMS (MEX) knowledge
* Proven people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience driving continuous improvement and managing projects
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, GMP environment
