Our client is seeking a Technology Business Coordinator to join their on going team. The Technology Business Coordinator acts as a trusted advisor and key liaison between Technology and assigned business units, enabling effective delivery of technology initiatives. The role supports business demand planning, investment and capital planning, solution discovery, stakeholder engagement, and project prioritization, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and the Technology Roadmap. Working closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and vendors, the coordinator assists with business cases, budget planning, mobilisation, and benefits realisation, while supporting strong governance, communication, and successful adoption of technology solutions across the organisation.
To be successful in this role:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or a related discipline.
* P3M3, Prince 2 or PMBOK certification and experience beneficial.
* Significant demonstrated experience in Technology systems planning, development and vendor management.
* High level understanding of Business Improvement and Technology methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of investment planning, financial and contract management (in particular capital management).
* Partner with business units to identify, prioritise, and shape technology initiatives
* Support capital and investment planning, including roadmaps and business cases
* Act as the front door for technology requests and pipeline intake
* Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, PMO, vendors, and business leadership
* Assist with delivery readiness, communication, and benefits tracking
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and enterprise goals
