Job Overview:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants.

About the Role:
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, or Registered Nurse with ESSA-accredited EP or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor qualifications.
* Minimum three years' experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or Injury Management - ideal for established leaders or Senior Rehabilitation Consultants seeking the next step.
* Proven leadership (recruitment, induction, mentoring) and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder/account management skills.
* Bright, motivated, and committed to positive outcomes in Workplace Health.
