Job Opportunity
We are seeking two Client Services Consultants to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers, assisting them in choosing the right coverage for their business insurance needs.
* A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
* A strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities aligned with customer needs.
* The ability to multitask and confidently manage multiple technologies.
* A proactive approach and resilience to overcome customer objections.
* Strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
* Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and have relevant industry experience (although not essential). Comprehensive training will be provided around product and processes, with ongoing development and mentoring opportunities available.
