HR Rear Lift Drivers – Floater Roles
* $49.12 per hour + penalties & shift allowances
* Floater roles – day, afternoon & night shifts
* 10–12 hour shifts | Start times between 9:30pm – 9:30am
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established provider within the waste management and environmental services sector, supporting commercial and industrial operations. They are committed to safety, reliability, and delivering essential services to the community.
What you will be doing
* Operating Rearlift, Marrell, Bin Truck, and RAB Hiab vehicles in line with company procedures
* Performing scheduled commercial waste collection, transport, and disposal activities
* Safely loading, unloading, and securing commercial bins and waste containers
* Operating hydraulic lifting equipment and vehicle-mounted cranes (Hiab) where authorised
* Working independently with no offsider — managing rolling commercial bins
* Adhering to all safety, fatigue, and compliance requirements
What you will need
* HR or HC Driver Licence – essential
* Valid Hiab / Crane Ticket (RAB) – essential
* Experience operating rear lift and waste collection vehicles
* Ability to work flexible shifts across day, afternoon, and night rosters
* White Card – desirable
* Forklift Licence (LF) – advantageous
* Pass a National Police Check and Medical
