We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across multiple brands, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and website maintenance.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires strong written communication and content creation skills, as well as experience managing websites (WordPress) and applying SEO best practices. You will also be responsible for managing and growing social media accounts for business, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing messaging and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management
o Develop a monthly content calendar for all business social accounts, aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
o Create engaging and relevant content (video, reels, stories, posts) to drive organic growth and community engagement.
o Analyse social metrics and insights to inform future content and posting strategies.
* Content Creation
o Write compelling copy for social media, websites, EDMs (email newsletters), and print when required.
o Assist in the production of promotional videos and behind-the-scenes brand content.
* Marketing Campaigns
o Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online advertising platforms.
o Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
* Website Maintenance
o Manage and update website content across multiple platforms.
o Ensure a consistent brand look and feel across all web pages and digital assets.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
* Strong written communication and content creation skills.
* Experience managing websites (WordPress) and applying SEO best practices.
* Proficiency in managing and growing social media accounts for business.
