Investment Administrator
The role of Investment Administrator is a key position within our organization, responsible for creating and managing superannuation accounts. This involves setting up accounts, processing payments, and coordinating inspecie transfers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Administration: Opening and maintaining client accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day tasks, monitoring ticket queues, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years' experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments, with knowledge of custody and superannuation processes.
* Ability to manage Zendesk queue and time-sensitive tasks.
* Detail-oriented and able to successfully investigate and resolve queries.
* Tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 certification (desirable).
