Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role that leverages your skills in client management and project coordination?

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a senior account manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to hit the ground running and take ownership of a diverse range of clients and live projects. This will involve taking creative briefs, preparing quotes and proposals, managing deadlines, coordinating scheduling, and allocating internal resources.

You will also be responsible for interacting with clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via video conference. Additionally, you will plan and manage print and digital production suppliers, and play an active role in the creative process.

New business development is also a key aspect of this role, and we are looking for someone who can convert incoming leads into successful pitches and presentations. You will work closely with our Creative Director to prepare proposals and tender submissions, and think strategically about ways to grow existing accounts.

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in a similar creative agency role, who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a positive approach. A keen design eye and strong communication skills are essential.

* Briefs and Proposals: Take creative briefs and prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices.
* Project Coordination: Manage deadlines, coordinate scheduling, and allocate internal resources.
* Client Communication: Interact with clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via video conference.
* Supplier Management: Plan and manage print and digital production suppliers.
* Creative Process: Play an active role in the creative process, providing input and ideas.
* New Business Development: Convert incoming leads into successful pitches and presentations, working closely with the Creative Director.
