The role of an Aged Care Activity Assistant is a vital part in providing care and support to the elderly. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Filing and Nail Painting: Assist residents with filing and painting their fingernails as part of our beauty therapy program.
* Adherence to Policies: Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Education: Completion of Year 10 or equivalent qualification.
* Skills: Basic computer skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
