About the business:
We're recruiting for a values-led organisation that plays a vital role in supporting remote communities across the Northern Territory. This is a unique opportunity to join their Darwin-based support office in a role that blends administration, onboarding, training coordination, and people care. As the Retail Operational Support Coordinator, you'll be the key link between the support office and a network of remote retail managers. Your work will ensure these teams are set up for success—both operationally and personally.

About the Role
- Coordinate onboarding for new retail managers, ensuring a seamless transition into the business
- Maintain training and compliance schedules across areas such as First Aid, 4WD, forklift and truck licenses
- Support Area Managers with employment forms, store communication, governance paperwork and timecards
- Manage travel bookings, charter arrangements, and logistics for seasonal deliveries and visiting staff
- Answer incoming calls from remote teams via the support hotline, resolving queries efficiently
- Coordinate initiatives to support wellbeing and connection, such as welcome packs and care packages
- Assist with training documentation, staff movements, and roster support as required
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a support, coordination, onboarding, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, helpful approach
- High attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responding to shifting needs
- Competence in Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new systems
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- NT driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)

- Salary of $80-85k+Super (based on experience)
