We are seeking reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service Centre team in Brisbane.
About the Role:
* Pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results to help ensure we plan towards perfect days for our customers.
* Handle inbound customer calls from around Australia, effectively managing customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.
This is a full-time permanent position with an advance roster. You will work a 5-hour Saturday shift and get an RDO the following week.
Background, Skills, and Experience Required:
* No prior experience in logistics or construction is necessary – learn it all through our structured 4-week training program.
* Develop problem-solving skills by working together and innovating to meet daily challenges.
* Employ resilience when tackling new challenges with calm composure.
* Be curious and work with internal stakeholders to get the most from our network of assets.
* Display compassion by being attentive to customer requirements and communicating fairly with everyone.
