At RACV Cobram Resort, you will be the face and first point of contact for guests. As a Front Office Receptionist, this busy and varied role involves being on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience whilst at the reception desk.
Key responsibilities include checking in and out members, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries, dealing with guest enquiries after 6 pm via the after-hours phone, locking up resort areas such as the swimming pool, managing after-hours bookings received via email, and rostering to meet peak business demands.

Experience in a reception role is highly desirable, but not essential. Availability Thursday-Sunday is also highly desirable. Knowledge of Opera booking system is an advantage.
