Overview
Client Coordinator / Administrator to join our accounting practice in Gladesville on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This permanent role offers flexible hours (eg 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

About the Role
The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and personable individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks while providing exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent client service
- Client onboarding, document management, and maintaining client records
- Providing tax administration support, including lodgement management
- Reception duties, phone management, and office/meeting room organisation
- General administrative tasks such as mail handling, couriers, scanning, and banking
- Communicating with third parties (ATO, ASIC, and other professionals)
- Preparing ASIC/ATO forms, company incorporations, and trust setups
- Supporting the accounting team with various administrative duties
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an accounting practice, bookkeeping firm, or similar administrative role an advantage
- A professional and friendly manner
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar) preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn recent software and adapt to new processes
