The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our Occupational Therapy division. You'll play a pivotal role in clinical leadership, quality assurance, and team development—ensuring best practice service delivery and compliance with NDIS and sector standards.
This position will work across our Osborne Park and Canning Vale office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of Occupational Therapists across metropolitan and regional hubs
* Oversee planning, coordination, and evaluation of OT programs
* Ensure services meet clinical, funding, and organizational standards (NDIS)
* Maintain compliance with legislative, accreditation, and safety standards
* Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage incident reporting
* Engage with clients, families, and external partners to foster strong relationships
* Allocate caseloads, monitor productivity, and oversee divisional resources and KPI attainment
* Drive service innovation and quality improvement initiatives
* Provide operational and strategic reports to executive leadership
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (essential)
* Current AHPRA registration (essential)
* Minimum 2+years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, including team leadership or supervision
* Strong understanding of NDIS, and disability service frameworks
* Demonstrated team leadership, clinical supervision, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in service development, quality improvement, and performance monitoring
* High-level problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage budgets, resources, and KPI achievement
Desirable
* Postgraduate qualification in management, leadership, or health administration
* Experience in service development and quality improvement projects
