Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team in a Site Operations Coordinator role. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day site activities.
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, data entry, record-keeping, and document control.
* Support financial processes by preparing and consolidating timesheets, processing purchase orders and invoices.
* Serve as a main point of contact between various departments, contractors, and external stakeholders.
